In compliance with Federal Law No. 381-FZ of December 28, 2009 “On Basic Principles of State Regulation of Trade Activities in the Russian Federation”, we provide information on the conditions for selecting a counterparty to enter into a contract for the supply of food products.
1. Conditions for selecting a counterparty to enter into a food supply contract
1.1. The counterparty must be registered in accordance with the procedure established by law.
1.2. The counterparty must provide copies of the following documents certified by the seal and signature of the head of the organization:
Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (not later than 1 month, all pages);
Articles of Association (all pages);
Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (OGRN);
Tax Registration Certificate (TIN);
Documents confirming powers of the executive body;
Power of Attorney or other document confirming the authority of the signer in accordance with the law;
Customer card holding the following information: full company name, legal address, current address, TIN, OGRN, bank details, surname and name of the person performing functions of the sole executive body (Director General, Director, etc.) and the Chief Accountant (card shall be certified by the seal and signature of such persons).
Certificate of state registration of a person as an individual entrepreneur (OGRN);
Notification of registration with a tax authority in the territory of the Russian Federation (TIN);
Extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (not later than 1 month, all pages);
Power of Attorney or other document confirming the powers of the signer in accordance with the law;
Copy of the passport of an Individual entrepreneur – ID page with photo and registration.
The company may request other documents confirming the legal status of the Counterparty or its financial status.
2. Essentials of the food supply contract
2.1. Name, quantity, assortment, and price of the goods to be delivered are agreed by the parties in the Delivery Contract and / or other documents issued in the framework of executing the Agreement;
2.2. Payment for goods must be made within the terms stipulated in the Delivery Contract and in compliance with the RF current statutory requirements;
2.3. Delivery contracts are concluded with Counterparties in accordance with the current legislation, based on the principles of free act and deed and mutually beneficial cooperation.
3. Information about the quality and safety of food products supplied
3.1. The product quality, packaging and labeling must comply with current standards and specifications. Information about certificates of conformity is provided in shipping documents.
